On September 17, the Urumqi Beicheng International New Energy Vehicle Mall?(Phase I), the largest and most brand-concentrated NEV mall?in Xinjiang, constructed by The First Engineering Bureau of CREC, officially opened.
The project is located in the northern urban new district of Urumqi, covering a planned area of 110,800 square meters — about the size of 16 standard football fields. It is a large comprehensive automobile trading hub integrating new car display and sales, used car exchange and trade, vehicle maintenance and decoration, auto parts supply, and comprehensive services.
At present, 15 new energy vehicle brands, including Audi, BYD, NIO, and Li Auto, have already settled in, covering models across different price ranges and effectively meeting diverse consumer needs. The establishment of Beicheng International New Energy Vehicle Mall?fills the gap in Xinjiang’s high-end NEV cluster development, strongly promotes the upgrade of local automobile consumption, becomes a new engine for the economic development of Urumqi’s northern new district, and provides support for building a green transportation system in Xinjiang.
